Mission

The Human Engine for Advanced Technology

The Digital Service Academy (DSA) is the dedicated training and staffing pipeline supporting the Onward ecosystem. We transform military experience into high-tech civilian readiness. By graduating credentialed operators, DSA ensures that municipalities and institutional partners can deploy complex digital infrastructure, from drone safety networks to 5G health connectivity, without the administrative friction of building new workforces from scratch.

Operational Deployment

The Operational Deployment Model

Two tracks, two deployment paths. Track A stands up the closed-loop veteran networks where the hardware and the support actually land. Track B places credentialed operators onto municipal and federal contracts.

Track AIn The Field

Track A deploys into closed-loop veteran networks, one unit at a time. Each network gets its own property and its own leaders, and every member gets the same terms: a smartphone or eSIM and 24 months of unlimited service, issued at no cost. There is no subscription fee. The cost of entry is participation.

01Network

The 3/75 Network

The first deployment, standing up for B Company of the 3rd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment and growing outward from there. Members register through the Onward Network platform, opt in to the device manifest, and commit to buddy checks, VA healthcare registration and network events.

02Network

The Task Force Ranger Network

The men of Task Force Ranger, Mogadishu, October 1993. The same terms, with the network’s own project alongside them: building the Mog Mile Diary, the task force’s own record of what happened.

Track BThe Proving Ground

Our methodology ensures that graduates are immediately prepared for real-world municipal and federal contract execution.

01Campus

The Camp Tahuaya Proving Ground

Before scaling nationally, DSA utilizes the Camp Tahuaya Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) Testing Sandbox as our primary physical and virtual campus. Veterans train on the exact ground-based radar and edge-compute nodes deployed in the field (e.g., the Belton Extraterritorial Jurisdiction). This closed-loop "train-the-trainer" model ensures absolute tactical readiness.

02Staffing

Turnkey HR Integration

DSA strictly focuses on education, credentialing, and operational readiness. Upon completion of the Academy, our partnership with RecruitMilitary activates. Acting as the Employer of Record (EOR), they seamlessly absorb graduates and staff them directly onto active municipal or VA contracts secured by the Onward Network.
